1. Overview
Health Advantage Plan (“Health Advantage Plan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information through our website, forms, communications, and marketing channels, in accordance with applicable federal regulations, including 42 CFR §§ 422.2260–422.2267 and 423.2260–423.2267, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) guidelines. Health Advantage Plan is a non-government entity and is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. Government or the federal Medicare program. By submitting your information or engaging with our website, you agree to the practices described below.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide through our website, forms, phone calls, emails, text messages, or other communications. This may include your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, Medicare-related inquiry details, communication preferences, and any other information you choose to provide.
By providing your contact information, you confirm that you are the owner or customary user of the phone number and email address provided. We also automatically collect limited technical information, such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, using standard analytics and cookie technologies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We may use your information to respond to your inquiries, connect you with a licensed insurance agent, communicate with you about Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans (Part D), and Medicare Supplement plans, maintain records of consent, operate and improve this site, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Prior Express Written Consent (TCPA Compliance)
By entering your information and clicking “Next,” “Submit,” checking a consent box, or taking a similar affirmative action, you provide your electronic signature authorizing Health Advantage Plan and its authorized representatives, agents, and service providers acting on our behalf to contact you for marketing and informational purposes. This may include calls using an automated telephone dialing system (ATDS) or prerecorded voice, text messages, and emails related to Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans (Part D), Medicare Supplement plans, or related healthcare insurance services — even if your number is listed on a Do Not Call registry.
You are not required to consent as a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent may be recorded and stored electronically and serves as your valid electronic signature under applicable federal and state law.
5. SMS/Text Messaging Program
If you opt in to receive text messages from Health Advantage Plan, we may send responses to service inquiries, follow-up messages, and, where separately authorized, marketing or informational messages related to our healthcare insurance services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. You may reply HELP for assistance. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent are collected only to provide the text messaging services you requested — this data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes, and is excluded from the general data sharing described in Section 7. SMS opt-in data may be shared only with service providers, aggregators, carriers, or messaging platform providers as necessary to deliver text messages and operate the program.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate this site, understand how visitors use it, improve user experience, and measure marketing performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how parts of this site function.
7. How We Share Information
We may share the information you submit with licensed insurance agents, brokers, or carriers so they can contact you about Medicare plan options, and with service providers who help us operate this site (such as hosting or email delivery providers). We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from this section and are handled as described in Section 5.
8. Data Security Practices
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request to update, correct, or delete personal information you have provided to us by contacting us using the information in Section 13. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in our emails, and opt out of SMS/text messages as described in Section 5. Even after opting out of marketing, we may still contact you for non-marketing purposes where permitted by law, such as responding to your inquiries.
